All technical data, performance recommendations, and product-related statements provided by MHOO International Inc. are based on internal testing and information we believe to be reliable. However, they do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind.
MHOO products are sold with the understanding that the customer has independently evaluated the product’s suitability for their specific use or application.
MHOO warrants that its products are free from material defects under proper storage conditions and within the defined shelf-life period.
If a material defect is identified and reported within this period, MHOO will assess the claim and, at its sole discretion, may choose to:
- Replace the defective product at no charge, or
- Provide compensation in an amount MHOO deems fair and reasonable.
This remedy is the exclusive obligation and maximum liability of MHOO International Inc. under this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage during shipping or handling
- Improper use, storage, or installation
MHOO shall not be liable for any labor costs, consequential damages, or incidental losses resulting from product use or failure.
