At MHOO, we are proud of the quality and performance of our TPU Paint Protection Films and wrap products. If your order doesn’t meet expectations due to a defect or if you need to return an item, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Warranty Coverage
MHOO offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in accordance with the technical specifications of each product.
Covered issues include (but are not limited to):
Delamination
Yellowing (under normal conditions)
Adhesive failure
Coating separation
This warranty applies to unused materials within the warranty period as defined per product line.
Note: Installation errors, misuse, or storage-related damage are not covered.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Product must be in its original packaging, clean and undamaged
LOT numbers must be clearly visible
The item must be free from cuts, contamination, or installation marks
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
Return Procedure
To request a return or warranty claim:
Email mhoowrap@gmail.com with the following:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos/videos (for defect or damage claims)
LOT number(s) from packaging

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping details.
Shipping Responsibility
For returns due to MHOO-confirmed defects, we will cover return shipping costs.
For voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind), the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Important Notes
Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Cut-to-order or customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Returns sent without approval may be rejected or subject to delays.
