Where We Ship From

Processing & Shipping Times
We process most orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Tracking information is usually provided within 48 hours after you place your order.
Shipping times vary by carrier:
- UPS (U.S.): 3–6 business days
- FedEx (International): 3–8 business days
- DHL: 4–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

MHOOWrap ships directly from the U.S., so orders are tax-free!
If Your Package Is Damaged, Lost, or Missing
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t arrive at all, here’s what to do:

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging and box.
